(02) Redesigns

Same business. Better first impression.

If your current site has a solid foundation, a refresh can modernize it for less time and cost. Drag the handle to compare an old-school homepage with the kind of update we’d make.

  • Before: tiny text, “call for hours,” a menu stuck in a PDF.
  • After: hours up top, clear buttons, works on any phone.
Sample concept Maple Street Bakery is a fictional business. Both versions are mockups we made to illustrate a redesign.

(03) Why work with us

Built for local businesses, not big corporations.

You don’t need a giant agency or a complicated tech stack. You need a website that shows up when nearby customers search, looks trustworthy, and makes it easy to reach you. That’s exactly what we focus on.

Let’s talk about your site
  1. Mobile-friendly

Most local searches happen on a phone. Your site will look sharp and work smoothly on every screen.

  2. SEO basics included

Clean structure, page titles, descriptions, and local details set up so Google understands what you do and where.

  3. Fast turnaround

A clear plan and timeline from the start, with steady progress updates so you’re never left wondering.

  4. Plain-English communication

No tech-speak. We explain options clearly, answer questions quickly, and keep you in the loop.

(04) How it works

A simple, four-step process.

From first conversation to launch day and beyond, you’ll always know what’s happening next.

  1. Discover

We talk about your business, your customers, and what you want your website to do. We review your current site if you have one.

  2. Design

We create a layout and look tailored to your brand, then refine it with your feedback until it feels right.

  3. Launch

We build, test on every device, connect your domain, and take your new site live, with no downtime surprises.

  4. Support

After launch, we’re still here for updates, fixes, and improvements as your business grows.

Concepts for real local businesses.

Two design concepts we built for real local businesses, using their real details: a first website for a business that doesn’t have one, and a redesign of one that does. These are concepts, not the businesses’ live sites. Open either one to explore the full page.

How the plans work

  1. Edit time resets monthly

Your included time starts fresh on the 1st, whether you pay monthly or annually. Unused time doesn’t roll over, so the price stays low and predictable.

  2. Extra work is $95/hr

Billed in 15-minute blocks. If a request will go past your included time, we’ll tell you before we start. Rush or after-hours work (evenings, weekends, holidays, or faster than your plan’s turnaround) is $145/hr, and only if you ask for it.

  3. What counts as an edit

Changing text, photos, hours, prices, menu items, or a document on a page you already have.

  4. New pages & features are quoted separately

A new page, online booking, a store, or a redesign gets its own fixed quote up front, so there are no surprises. One-time projects ask for half up front and half at launch. Care plans don’t.

  5. Monthly or annual terms

Monthly plans have a 3-month minimum (a free launch month counts as month one), then cancel anytime by email with no fees. Annual plans are paid up front for 12 months at the price of 11; that’s a 12-month prepaid term. Choose annual at launch of a new site or redesign and you get 13 months for the price of 11.

  6. Prices are starting points

Most small-business sites fit these. Bigger sites or online stores get a custom quote after a quick chat.

One-time projectsNeed a site first?

New websites from$2,000

A custom site, usually up to 5 pages, designed and built around your business and set up for Google. Half up front, half at launch.

Includes your first month of care, free.

Redesigns from$1,500

A fresh, faster, phone-friendly version of the site you already have, keeping the content that still works.

Includes your first month of care, free.

With every new site or redesign, Essentials (30 minutes of edits) is free for the first month after launch, or take $99 off your first month of Growth or Partner. Or pay annually at launch and get 13 months for the price of 11. The free month counts as the first month of the 3-month minimum, and your plan continues after that unless you opt out.

Every project gets a fixed written quote before any work begins. Not sure what you need? Start with a free website review and we’ll recommend the right option, no pressure.

(07) FAQ

Questions business owners often ask.

Don’t see yours? Send us a message. We’re happy to help.

What’s included in the free website review?

We’ll look at your current site (or your online presence if you don’t have one yet) and send you a plain-English summary of what’s working, what isn’t, and the most valuable improvements to make. No obligation.

How long does a new website take?

It depends on the size of the site and how quickly content like photos and text come together. After our first conversation we’ll give you a clear timeline so you know exactly what to expect.

How much does a website cost?

New small-business websites start at $2,000 (usually up to 5 pages), and redesigns start at $1,500. After we talk, we’ll send a fixed written quote before any work begins, so there are no surprise fees. For projects, we ask for half up front and half at launch. Ongoing care plans start at $99 a month, or pay annually (12 months for the price of 11) if you’d rather lock in a year. Every new site or redesign includes the first month of Essentials free (or $99 off the first month of Growth or Partner), and if you choose annual at launch, you get 13 months for the price of 11.

Can you update my existing website instead of starting over?

Often, yes. If your current site has a solid foundation, a redesign or refresh can modernize it for less time and cost. We’ll give you an honest recommendation either way.

Will I be able to make changes myself?

If you’d like to, absolutely. We can set things up so you can edit simple content yourself, or you can leave it all to us with a support plan.

Do you help with domains and hosting?

Yes. We can help you choose, set up, or transfer your domain and make sure everything is connected correctly. Hosting is included in every support plan for sites we build.

Do I have to sign up for a support plan?

No, plans are optional. Without one, we’re still happy to make changes when you need them, billed at $95/hr in 15-minute blocks ($145/hr for rush or after-hours work). A plan just makes sense if you want regular updates and someone keeping an eye on things.
